Sculpt, tone and strengthen your muscles with Core Balance Neoprene Bone Dumbbells. Supplied as a pair, they are available in 0.5kg, 0.75kg, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg and 3kg options, making them ideal for beginners, fitness classes, rehabilitation, toning and light strength training. The distinctive bone shape allows you to wrap your whole palm comfortably around each dumbbell, giving you a secure and natural grip during curls, raises, presses, Pilates, aerobics and targeted muscle exercises. Each dumbbell has a soft neoprene coating for a firm, comfortable hold, even when your hands are sweaty. The coating is easy to wipe clean after use, helping keep your workout equipment fresh and hygienic. It is also free from phthalates and other harmful chemicals, making it kinder to your hands. A heavy-duty cast-iron core provides lasting durability and balanced performance. Stronger than concrete-filled alternatives, the dumbbells are designed to resist cracking and chipping during regular home or gym use. Lightweight dumbbells are perfect for controlled, targeted workouts, helping isolate muscles without relying too heavily on larger muscle groups. Specifications: supplied as a pair; available weights 0.5kg, 0.75kg, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg and 3kg; cast-iron core; neoprene coating; bone-shaped design; easy to wipe clean.
