The Sleep Stones Gift Set combines a jar of aromatherapy volcanic stones with a matching concentrated refresher oil, designed to help promote restful, restorative sleep. Each jar contains natural volcanic lava rocks infused for many days with premium British Lavender and Chamomile oils. These essential oils are well known for their calming and therapeutic qualities, helping to ease restlessness, encourage deeper sleep, and support a soothing bedtime routine for adults. Simply remove the lid to release the gentle fragrance. Place the jar on your bedside table 30–60 minutes before sleep to allow the aroma to fill the room. The original stones fragrance lasts up to 3 months, and the included refresher oil allows you to refresh the aroma whenever needed, keeping the stones performing at their best for years. To refresh, drizzle 1–2 capfuls of oil over the stones, replace the lid, gently turn the jar a few times, and leave it closed briefly to absorb. Each jar contains natural volcanic rock responsibly collected from Mount Etna, presented in a resealable glass jar with the matching refresher oil. Handmade in East Sussex, these stones are 100% natural, and cruelty-free.
