Designed with a 28cm diameter and 6.6L capacity, this enameled cast iron casserole pot is ideal for preparing meals, it offers excellent heat retention for slow cooking, braising, roasting, baking, and searing. The smooth enamel interior helps prevent food from sticking and makes cleanup effortless.

Allow to cool: Let the casserole cool naturally before cleaning. Avoid placing a hot dish under cold water, as sudden temperature changes can damage the enamel. Hand wash recommended: Wash with warm water and mild washing-up liquid using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners: Do not use harsh scouring pads, wire wool or abrasive cleaners, as these may scratch the enamelled surface. Dry thoroughly: Wipe the casserole and lid completely dry after washing to help protect the cast iron and metal components. Protect the enamel: Avoid dropping or knocking the casserole against hard surfaces, as the enamel coating can chip if impacted. Use suitable utensils: Wooden, silicone or other non-abrasive utensils are recommended to help protect the cooking surface. Store carefully: Keep the lid and casserole in a dry cupboard and avoid stacking heavy cookware directly on the enamelled surface. Pot holders: Allow the fabric pot holders to cool after use and clean according to their care label.
