Daphni
Butterfly - 2xLP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Butterfly keeps Daphni's dancefloor focus intact but plays it with more ease than brute force, moving from jazz-tinted house and disco cut-ups to spaced-out dub touches and buoyant deep house. Sad Piano House, Clap Your Hands, Waiting So Long and Josephine give the set plenty of shape, while the shorter interludes stop it ever feeling static. A smart 2020s Daphni album that stays club-facing without sounding boxed in.SIDE ONE:1. Sad Piano House2. Clap Your Hands3. Hang4. LuckySIDE TWO:1. Waiting So Long (feat CARIBOU)2. Napoleon's Rock3. Goodnight Baby4. Talk To MeSIDE THREE:1. Two Maps2. Josephine3. Miles Smiles4. GoldieSIDE FOUR:1. Caterpillar2. Shifty3. Invention4. Eleven
