The Fitness Mad Mini Power Loop Light is great for giving yourself a full lower body workout that tones and strengthens the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. The green band features light resistance and is made from latex. Recently, mini loops have grown in popularity as they offer an effective way to build in resistance training into your workout.
