PVC plastic, brand-new air mattresses will be slightly smaller than their labeled dimensions. It is normal for new products to measure6-10 cm shorter than the stated size (this includes both the 1-3 cm margin of error inmanual measurement and the natural stretching behavior of the material). Simply top up the air slightly when using the mattress for the first few times. Once the material has fully stretched out over time, the mattress will reach its intended size and be ready for regular use.
