Galaxie 500
Today - Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Galaxie 500's 1988 debut still feels weightless and grounded at the same time - minimal drums, melodic bass, bright guitar and songs that move with total patience. Today is where the band's dreamy, low-lit approach first came fully into focus, and it remains a cornerstone for anyone drawn to the gentler end of indie rock. "Flowers", "Parking Lot" and "Tugboat" are obvious entry points, but the whole record hangs together as one beautifully paced mood. SIDE ONE:1. Flowers2. Pictures3. Parking Lot4. Don't Let Our Youth Go To Waste SIDE TWO:1. Temperature's Rising2. Oblivious3. It's Getting Late4. Instrumental5. Tugboat
