Seasoning/- Place the pan on low heat to ensure it is completely dry./- Apply a very thin layer of cooking oil to the entire surface. Wipe away any excess oil with a paper towel.- Heat the pan over low heat until the oil begins to smoke lightly. Turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool naturally./- For improved non-stick performance, repeat the oiling and heating process two or three times./- After cleaning, place the pan over low heat until fully dry. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil before storage to help maintain the seasoning./- This seasoning method can also help restore older cast iron cookware and maintain long-term performance./3. Daily Maintenance/- When cleaning, use warm water and a soft brush or sponge. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive scrubbers that may damage the seasoning./- Never rinse a hot cast iron pan with cold water, as the sudden temperature change may cause it to crack. Let it cool down naturally before cleaning./- For stubborn food residue, simmer a small amount of water in the pan for 3–5 minutes, then gently scrape clean after cooling./- Do not soak the pan in water for extended periods to maintain its performance and durability./- Once cooled, store in a cool, dry place. If storing with a lid, place a paper towel or newspaper between the lid and the pan to allow air circulation./- If rust appears, remove it with a scouring pad and repeat the seasoning process.
