Begin by washing the cookware with warm water and a soft-bristled brush, then place it on a heat source to dry thoroughly./2. Prepare a piece of fatty pork skin (or cooking oil) and rub it repeatedly inside the pan several times./3. After seasoning, let the oil remain in the pan for 5-10 hours to ensure the pan fully absorbs it./Maintenance Tips:1. New cookware lacks an oil layer, so be sure to dry it over low heat after each use initially! Then lightly coat it with a thin layer of cooking oil.
