This story unfolds in a remote village in the spectacular Apeninne Mountains. When she meets a local Italian and they begin to form a strong attachment, Marina realises that this could be the place to lay down roots. She falls in love with the Italian way of life and is inspired by the work of regional artisans, as she also has a creative background. The folklore and traditions awaken her curiosity. However, Marina needs to dispel the dark spirits from her childhood, including a psychotic sister and her fascination for the Devils Bridge.
