For extra protection (belt & braces) the under side of the roof board is also lined with an exterior grade ply. Bed access is gained via a hinged roof. To best suit your site's orientation, please make your choice when ordering. Materials: WALLS - 20mm thick pressure treated boards, Glued and screwed (no nails). FLOOR - thick marine grade ply, to guard against damp the floor is suspended 10cm above the ground. INSULATION - foil air bubble thermal insulation. Other Details: Dimensions: L80 x W105 x H120 cm Please Note: The timbers used are pressure treated prior to building so well protected against rot. However, we strongly recommend that your housing is treated at least once yearly with our water repellent, animal safe, timber treating overcoat. This forms an invisible, water repellent layer over the house, so lessening the moisture uptake that in time could promote timber decay.
