VERSATILE: This cast iron baking tin for bread can be used with a variety of different appliances. Use in the oven, grill, on an induction hob or even in an open fire for a traditionally baked loaf. Use up to 260 °C. SPECS: Overall this bread pan measures 34 cm x 13 cm x 13 cm. The inner top measurements are 28.5 x 11.7 cm and the inner bottom measurements are 25 cm x 8.5 cm. Wash by hand with warm soapy water. Do not plunge into cold water directly after use.
