"Immediately attend to spills to prevent stains from setting into the fabric. Blot the spill with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel to absorb as much liquid as possible. Avoid rubbing the spill, as it can spread the stain further. Use a mild detergent or upholstery cleaner specifically designed for velvet. Test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause discoloration or damage"
For furniture returns, items must be in new and unused condition, unassembled and in their original packaging.
