The Jabra headset is a binaural, head‑band‑style unit finished in black and intended for office or call‑centre use. It features on‑ear control units with volume‑up and volume‑down buttons, an on/off switch and LED indicators for Bluetooth connectivity and incoming calls. The headset supports unified communications and incorporates Jabra PeakStop hearing‑protection technology, Clear Voice and HD Voice for crystal‑clear conversations. Connectivity is wireless via Bluetooth 5.2 (profiles A2DP, SBC, AVRCP, HSP, HFP, SPP) with multipoint capability for up to two devices simultaneously and the ability to remember eight paired devices. A 1.2 m USB‑C cable enables wired connection and charging, while a USB‑A wireless receiver is supplied for PC use. The device also works with Cisco, Unify, Microsoft Teams, Apple MFi, Zoom, Google Meet, Amazon Chime, Google Fast Pair and the Jabra software suite (Direct, Sound+, Xpress). Audio performance covers 20 Hz–20 kHz in music mode and 100 Hz–8 kHz in talk mode, with a 4 cm driver, 84 dB sensitivity and 16 Ω impedance. Passive noise‑cancelling ear cushions provide isolation, and HearThrough lets external sound in when required. The boom microphone incorporates eight MEMS capsules, offering a frequency response of 5 Hz–20 kHz, –35 dB sensitivity, mute control and a folding design. Power is supplied by a built‑in 770 mAh Li‑ion battery. Continuous playback lasts up to 36 hours (33 hours with voice‑assist active), and talk time reaches 25 hours (18 hours with voice‑assist on). Charging takes around 2.7 hours via USB; a fast‑charging option is not included. Battery‑level indicators are displayed on the headset. The headset measures 145 mm × 190 mm × 67 mm (5.71 in × 7.48 in × 2.64 in) and weighs 197 g. It comes with a charging stand, a quick‑start guide, a USB‑A to USB‑C cable, a protective carry pouch and a Link 390 Bluetooth adapter. The ear pads are single‑size leatherette cushions, and the steel hinges provide durability. Certifications include Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Apple MFi, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Fast Pair and TCO. The device is suitable for applications such as Jabra Direct, Jabra Sound+ and Jabra Xpress. Voice guidance is available in English, French, German, Japanese and Korean, and the headset supports remote call control. Operating temperatures range from –10 °C to 45 °C (14 °F to 113 °F). The package dimensions are 199 mm × 238 mm × 75 mm and it contains the headset, the Link 390 adapter, the USB cable and documentation. The headset incorporates 75 % repurposed materials in its construction.
