On April 09, 1917 he was summoned to report to the office of the Central Powers Chief, German Emperor Fredrich Viktor Wilhelm. There he was assigned a Mission to gather together and transport a Secret Package containing a large quantity of pure 24 Karat Gold Bullion and a brief case containing Secret Documents to the German War Office in Mannheim, Germany.
