Judy Bailey Quartet
Colours - Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Colours is Judy Bailey's 1976 electric soul-jazz statement, a set that helped push Australian jazz away from polite small-group language and toward something warmer, deeper and more rhythm-led. The playing has real lift, with electric textures and groove-heavy phrasing giving the record its after-dark glow."Fall Down Dead", "Toledo" and "Colours Of My Dream" are highlights, but the whole LP hangs together beautifully as a compact jazz-funk session.SIDE ONE:1. Fall Down Dead2. ToledoSIDE TWO:1. Colours Of My Dream2. The Eleven Eight Song
