Wipe the PU leather exterior with a soft cloth, keep watches on the pillows to prevent scratches, and store the closed case away from dust, heat, and direct sunlight.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
