How To Use
- To maximize the eyeshadow's staying power, first apply KIKO's Neutral Eye Base or Pearly Eye Base to the eyelids.
- Apply one or more colours with an eye brush, such as Eyes 51.
- Blend from the inner corner of the eye outward.
- Close the product after use.
