The System - Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Lee Ranaldo's soundtrack to Joris Postema's The System works in uneasy textures, resonant tones and shifting atmospheres rather than conventional song forms. The film-score sequence moves between the delicate Pippi Sailing (Cimbalom), the tense Berlin Blockade and the closing Cool Water, revealing an exploratory side of Ranaldo's work away from the rock-band format.TracklistSIDE ONE:1. Tajikistan (Nice To Meet You)2. Pippi Sailing (Cimbalom)3. No More Slogans4. Berlin Blockade5. Bergelmir6. Something Beautiful To Live ForSIDE TWO:1. The Conference2. An Exploding Dandelion3. Telefoongesprek Henk4. Both Ends Of The Spectrum5. Instruments Of Violence6. A Just Collapse7. Tadzio Wild Congress8. The Cusp Of The Change9. Cool Water
