Sun Without The Heat - Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Sun Without The Heat finds Leyla McCalla writing with a lighter touch without losing the depth that runs through her catalogue. The songs move between folk structure and wider Afro-diasporic colour, giving the record a supple, searching feel from 'Open To Road' to the title track and 'I Want To Believe'. It is an inviting LP that still carries plenty of weight underneath its surface glow.SIDE ONE:1. Open To Road2. Scaled To Survive3. Take Me Away4. So I'll Go5. TreeSIDE TWO:1. Sun Without The Heat2.
