“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Robot vacuum cleaner with self-emptying base station and laser navigation offers a fully automated cleaning solution for busy households. With 6,500 Pa suction power and LDS laser navigation, it maps up to five floor plans and cleans systematically across all room types, automatically detecting carpets and boosting suction accordingly. After each session, the robot returns to its self-emptying base station and disposes of collected dust independently, significantly reducing how often you need to intervene. App control gives you access to real-time maps, virtual walls, no-go zones, room-by-room cleaning, and scheduling, while the breakpoint resume function ensures the robot picks up exactly where it left off after recharging
Battery: built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery; do not remove or replace the battery yourself. No additional batteries required. To maintain performance, empty the dustbin after each use, clean the HEPA filter every 2–4 weeks, rinse the water tank after each mopping session, and wipe sensors and charging contacts regularly with a dry cloth. For indoor use only. Do not use on wet surfaces or to pick up liquids. Keep out of reach of children. No assembly required; ready to use straight from the box.
Something not quite right? You have 21 days from the day you receive it, to send something back. When you purchase Debenhams Deliver+, you will have an extra 14 days on top of our standard 21-day window to initate a return.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
