“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
T9 robot vacuum cleaner with self-emptying base station combines 6,500 Pa suction power with LDS laser navigation and a mopping function for comprehensive, fully automated floor care. Multi-floor map storage supports up to five saved layouts, making it ideal for multi-storey homes, and carpet boost technology automatically increases suction when the robot moves from hard floors to carpets. Anti-tangle brushes reduce maintenance by preventing hair and fibres from wrapping around the brush roll, and dual-band WiFi ensures a stable, responsive app connection for scheduling, virtual wall setup, and real-time monitoring. The self-emptying base station collects debris after each clean, minimising how often you need to empty the dustbin manually
Battery: built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery; do not remove or replace the battery yourself. No additional batteries required. To maintain performance, empty the dustbin after each use, clean the HEPA filter every 2–4 weeks, rinse the water tank after each mopping session, and wipe sensors and charging contacts regularly with a dry cloth. For indoor use only. Do not use on wet surfaces or to pick up liquids. Keep out of reach of children. No assembly required; ready to use straight from the box.
Something not quite right? You have 21 days from the day you receive it, to send something back. When you purchase Debenhams Deliver+, you will have an extra 14 days on top of our standard 21-day window to initate a return.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
