Hooky Comic Magazine is a collection ofcomics and doodles andmay includereviews of films, other comics, music, podcasts or books, some prose about being a working artist or a description of a DIY project being undertaken in the woods outside Stockholm, Sweden.The stories in Hooky are at once goofy and thoughtful. This may be because of Lukes childhood in Canada, watching Saturday Morning cartoons and reading Mad Magazine, combined with his later life in Scandinavia, where he absorbed Tintin, Moomin and Pippi.Issue 2 has a mixed bag of work loosely connected by the theme of "home".
