Goodbye Long Winter Shadow - Limited Red & Black Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Maia Friedman shapes Goodbye Long Winter Shadow like a chamber-pop song cycle - brief, vivid pieces that move with unusual grace from scene to scene. Strings, woodwinds, acoustic textures and her clear, close-miked voice give the whole record a hushed but richly arranged feel. "New Flowers," "Russian Blue" and "On Passing" stand out, but the short interludes matter just as much to the album's spell.SIDE ONE:1. Happy2. New Flowers3. In A Dream It Could Happen4.
