Place lights in direct sunlight (6–8 hours daily is ideal). Avoid shaded areas (trees, walls, roofs). Keep panels facing south (in the Northern Hemisphere) for best exposure. Install away from strong artificial light sources (which can confuse the sensor). Allow new lights to fully charge for 1–2 sunny days before first use.
