The Marcy MWM-4965 Multi Gym brings versatile full-body strength training into your home, with multiple workout stations designed to target all major muscle groups from one compact machine. Its multi-grip press arms combine chest press and pec dec exercises, while the high and low pulley systems open up a wide variety of movements including lat pulldowns, rows, curls and more. An abdominal crunch station, leg developer and footplate add even more training options, allowing you to quickly move between upper-body, core and lower-body exercises. The smooth pulley system uses 900kg tensile-strength cables and sealed pulley bearings for controlled movement throughout your workout. The vinyl-coated weight stack features a selector pin for quick resistance changes and a combination safety lock to help prevent unauthorised use. An integrated exercise chart provides useful guidance for beginners, while the padded seat and backrest offer comfortable support during training.
