The front lever arm supports up to 228kg, making it suitable for bench presses, squats and other compound movements, while the rear arm supports up to 181kg for exercises including wide-grip lat pulldowns. A 7-position adjustable centre support lets you select your preferred starting and finishing position. The rotating bar is ideal for bicep curls, triceps extensions and squats, while the main handles provide multiple grip options. Six Olympic adapters accommodate 50mm weight plates and can be removed for use with standard 25mm plates. Integrated storage posts hold up to 90kg per side. The professional-style bench offers 10 adjustment positions and swivels aside to create space for standing exercises including squats, rows and shrugs.
