Sealed ball-bearing pulleys provide smooth cable movement, while included handles are ideal for cable crossovers and upper-body exercises. For free-weight training, use the guided Smith bar or add a 7ft Olympic barbell to the external bar catches. Full-length adjustable safety bars provide added security during squats and presses. Pull-up and dip stations expand your bodyweight training options, while resistance band attachment points add even more workout variety. The removable adjustable bench features 6 backrest and 4 seat positions and supports up to 270kg combined user and load. Transport wheels and a carry handle make it easier to move.
