The building also includes a 2ft Verandah with a 10” Overhang. The Summerhouse consists of a premium pressure treated Double Door with a Euro lock and key, in addition to the roof being protected with a premium mineral roofing felt. Made of top-grade timber, the structure is supported with high-quality floor joists to give it a sturdy feel when you are inside. Infused into the wood is a chemical preservative that penetrates the deep fibres of the wood, protecting it against rot, natural decay and pest damage, and only requires an annual topcoat, leaving you to enjoy your garden summerhouse for many prosperous years.
