The McAlpine TWLFBR ¾" Screened Tank Breather is a plumbing component designed to prevent pressure build-up in a water tank or cistern. It features a ¾" BSP male thread for easy installation and a screened air inlet to prevent debris from entering the tank. The purpose of the tank breather is to allow air to enter and exit the tank, which helps maintain a consistent pressure inside the tank. This is particularly important in larger water storage systems, where pressure changes can cause damage to the tank or affect the quality of the water inside. The McAlpine TWLFBR ¾" Screened Tank Breather is made from durable materials, including brass and plastic, to ensure long-lasting performance. It is suitable for use in both domestic and commercial plumbing systems and can be installed either horizontally or vertically. Available in ¾", 1.25", 1.5" and 2" sizes WRAS approved
