The Montpellier MINH59 is a 59cm black glass induction hob with four cooking zones, designed for responsive cooking and easy everyday cleaning. Induction technology heats compatible cookware directly, while front touch controls and individual zone timers make it simple to manage several dishes at once. The Boost function provides extra heat when you need to bring pans up to temperature quickly. 4 induction cooking zones: cook multiple dishes at the same time, with zone power ratings of 2400/2600W, 1800/2000W, 1400/1500W and 1800/2000W. Boost function: temporarily increases a zone to maximum power for faster heating. Individual zone timers: set cooking times for each zone, up to 99 minutes. Front touch controls: adjust settings without protruding knobs, helping keep the glass surface easy to wipe clean. Control panel lock: helps prevent accidental changes to settings. Residual heat indicator: warns when the cooking surface remains hot after use. Automatic safety shut-off: switches off a zone if it has been left on for too long. Induction efficiency: heats compatible pans directly and leaves less residual heat on the glass than conventional ceramic cooking. Finish: black glass.
