Cable is PVC coated, but underneath it is made of STEEL wire - Making is difficult to cut through Ends before the loop are made of ALUMINIUM ALLOY and then PVC coated 10MM Strong Cable THICKNESS

The Shackle is opened with a Key, the keyhole is covered by a cover that twists - when you wish to unlock it you can twist and open the keyhole, otherwise twist the other way which covers the keyhole.
