This 5 litre enamel cast iron casserole pot is made of high-quality cast iron with integral casting technology. The pot wall is thick and solid, with a flat base design, placing steadily on all kinds of kitchen heating surfaces and not easy to deform after long-term use. Both inner and outer surfaces are covered with premium enamel layer, smooth in texture, not easy to adhere to food, and convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance. The matched lid fits closely with the pot body to form a good sealing effect, locking heat and water vapour inside during the cooking process.
