Personalise it with initials, dates or a short message to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Each piece can be personalised using precision laser engraving by Kieran, our in-house specialist. Engraving can be added to the chain tag or to the back of the pendant. Choose engraving via the dropdown menu (additional fee applies), and enter your text in the personalisation box. If engraving is not selected but text is entered, we’ll contact you to confirm your preference and avoid delays. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
