How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise this Mr & Mrs Candle with a surname up to 15 characters, a date up to 20 characters and 3 lines of message, 15 characters per line 'Mr and Mrs' is fixed. The surname will appear in capitals as standard. NOTE: Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message on lines 2, 3, 4 and 5. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.
