How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise with 3 lines of text, each containing up to 30 characters. Please note, the text on line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. All other personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE. This frame will hold a 5x7 photograph but will be cropped slightly to display an area of 4.3" x 6.3". The frame features hooks on the back, allowing it to be hung. The thickness of the base also allows the frame to be freestanding. The frame is made from plastic.
