The Pixapro 3m Backdrop Stand is designed to be used in conjunction with fabric or seamless paper backgrounds and backdrops. The lightweight and durable aluminium construction helps to provide extra support and protection during use. The adjustable telescopic crossbar and two air-cushioned light stands allow for a wide range of adjustments. Telescopic crossbar The telescopic crossbar features a thick and strong aluminium design making it suitable for backgrounds weighing up to 8KG. Featuring a flexible extension design, it is able to be adjusted in length anywhere between 1.2m and 3m, making it the ideal piece of equipment for smaller studios or location photography with limited space. Each end of the crossbar features a convenient connection, allowing it to be used with any stand that has a 5/8” spigot, useful if you require more height from your background support system. Air cushioned stands The air-cushioned stand feature is designed to prevent any sudden drop from the stand so you can protect your crossbar and background from any potential damage and ensure no interruptions during your shoot. 3-tier height extension The stand features a 3-tier extension making it possible to be extended between 100cm and 280cm, making it compact, easy to store and portable. Interchangeable spigot The telescopic backdrop stand uses an interchangeable spigot mount with the traditional universal 5/8” spigot with 3/8” screw thread on one end and 1/4” on the other. Large sturdy footprint The stands are stabilised by twin leg braces and a solid nut and bolt construction, offering a stable stand with a large footprint diameter for maximum stability. The support stand spread of 106cm helps to create balance and stability whilst the background is attached to protect it from being accidentally knocked over during use. Storable and portable The crossbar and two air-cushioned stands collapse down to a compact size and can be easily stored in the carry bag supplied.
