The metal casing encloses entire awning when retracted and rolled in for protection. Finished to our highest specification, they have a strong lightweight metal frame with powder coated aluminium arms. They can be opened and closed easily and smoothly using the winding handle on the left hand side. The awning can be opened as much or as little as you like up to the maximum projection. Full cassette awnings are the strongest of all of our awnings. The integrated gutter in the front bar also allows water to run off easily. The awning is adjustable to enable you to alter the slope of the awning from almost horizontal to a relatively steep tilt of approximately 15-30 degrees from the horizontal. Integrated LED lighting along the length of the front bar and awning arms allow you to extend your leisure time in the garden into the evening hours. Our new wireless electric awnings have been designed to make life as easy as possible for the DIY installer. Now there is no need for a remote receiver box with all the additional wiring involved, it's as easy as plugging in a kettle!! Just install the awning on the wall in the usual way, run the supplied cable to a convenient socket (it needs to be either weatherproof or indoors), fit the appropriate plug and switch on! It just couldn't be easier to take advantage of the benefits of a fully remote controlled electric awning. All our awnings come with the correct number of wall mounting brackets as standard.
