Created with John Torode and Lisa Faulkner for J&L by PROCHEF, it brings John's cooking know-how together with Lisa's practical home-kitchen approach. Pressed aluminium heats quickly and evenly, while the PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating helps ingredients release cleanly with less oil. The deep curved shape gives food room to toss and sear, and the glass lid holds in heat and moisture when you want to simmer. Suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs, oven safe to 220C and dishwasher safe.
