These weights are specially designed to enhance your training experience in various ways. For instance, the heavier weights are great for building muscle strength and promoting controlled swings, while the lighter weights are ideal for increasing swing speed and distance by training your body for quicker movements. Each weight is Colour-coded for easy identification and optimized for a specific swing speed trainer shaft. The White Weight of 120g is tailored for Ladies Swing Speed Trainer, the Red Weight of 151g is optimized for Regular Swing Speed Trainer, and the Black Weight of 185g is designed for Stiff Swing Speed Trainer.
