The Reebok Power Tube Set includes three resistance tubes and one pair of handles. The interchangeable bands provide three different levels of resistance; level 1, 2 and 3. They connect to the handles and can be used individually or combined for varied and challenging workouts. The power tube set can be used to perform a wide range of exercises to hit the upper and lower body. It is conveniently portable and easily stored.
