It's designed to emulate a real sparring match. Stable base: Fill the base with water or sand for stability. 12 suction cups underneath, keeping the stand firmly on the floor. The boxing stand stays firm and upright, even when hitting the speed bag hard. Adjustable height punch ball stand: This boxing ball can be changed between 163-205cm, making it suitable for different heights and ages. Dimensions: 163-205H x 80.5L x 48Wcm. Speedball: Φ15 x 17Lcm. Loading capacity of base: Water: 30kg. Sand: 35kg. Sand and water mixture: 40kg. Air pump included. Assembly required.
