Dumbbell and barbell set: Includes 2 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 4 x 1.25kg, 2 x dumbbell bars and a barbell bar. Multiple exercises: Arm curls, shrugs, squats, deadlifts, lateral raises, chest press and much more. Switch effortlessly between the dumbbell and barbell, suiting different exercises. Plastic covering: Avoids damaging your floors, making this barbell weight set suitable for home use. Knurled handle gives you a better grip, allowing you to confidently work out. Marked weight: The body pump weights are filled with a cement mix, with the corresponding kilograms marked on the disc. You'll easily identify the different weight sizes. Easy to assemble: It only takes a few seconds to put together. It is recommended to use these weights on a fitness mat.
