The Simply Swim Hand Paddles are designed to be used for swim training and will create water resistance which will build up your upper body strength and also improve your pulling technique making you a faster swimmer. The hydrodynamic design gives optimum water contact without disrupting your stroke technique and they are suitable for beginners and advanced swimmers.

Salt and chlorine can have a detrimental effect on most materials so it's recommended that you give your Equipment a rinse off in fresh water immediately after each use and put it out to air dry. No soap needed.
