There's no need for any tools, simply open the light and close around your umbrella pole, the light is now fixed securely with the clamp but can be taken down in an instant. There is an on/off switch at the side of the light, press once for the 8 larger lights, twice for the 20 smaller lights and 3 times for all the lights to be lit at once.Perfect for use in the garden or whilst camping.
