Before starting: Read the user manual to understand the device’s functions, settings, and safety instructions. Daily Sessions: For optimal results, use the device daily for 20-minute sessions during the initial treatment phase. After the initial phase, continue using the device a few times a week to maintain pelvic floor strength. Insertion of the Vaginal Probe: Insert the vaginal probe comfortably while lying down or in a relaxed sitting position. Ensure you are relaxed to make the insertion process smoother and more effective. Choosing Programs: Choose from the five preset programs, which include treatments for stress, urge, mixed incontinence, pelvic floor toning, and menstrual pain relief. Start at a low intensity and gradually increase to a comfortable level, using the adjustable settings for personalised comfort.
