Eevee ex is a Basic Colorless Pokemon ex with 200 HP, featuring the Rainbow DNA Ability and Coruscating Quartz attack. The card was originally based on artwork from the Japanese Terastal Fest ex release and was issued in English as an SVP Black Star Promo. SVP174 was distributed through the Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection rather than booster packs, making it a desirable Eevee promo for collectors.
