Keep the Crystal Ball indoors and place it on a stable, level surface away from the edge of tables or shelves. Keep away from water and liquids. Do not immerse the product or allow moisture to enter the device. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh chemicals. Do not attempt to open or repair the device. Internal components and the holographic fan should only be serviced by the manufacturer or an authorised service provider. Use the supplied USB-C power equipment and ensure the device is connected to a suitable power source. Keep the ventilation and holographic display area unobstructed while the Crystal Ball is operating. Handle the holographic display carefully and keep fingers and objects away from the moving fan mechanism. Requires home Wi-Fi for full functionality. The manufacturer states that full Imagix features require a standard home Wi-Fi connection. Parental supervision is recommended, particularly when setting up the device, connecting it to Wi-Fi and managing profiles or parental settings. Privacy controls are included, with a physical privacy switch and parental controls designed to provide additional control over the child's experience.
