Through its combination of stabilisers for shock absorption and compression to relieve the symptoms of strains, sprains, repetitive stress injuries, arthritis, this hinged knee support offers the highest level of support to help prevent re-injury. The neoprene offers therapeutic heat retention whilst also promoting air flow. The correct size is determined by measuring the around the knee, over the kneecap whilst holding your leg straight. The size guide is as follows: XS - 26-30cm, S - 30-35cm, M - 35-40cm, L - 40-45cm, XL - 45-50cm.
