This beige corduroy double bed is designed for a 135 x 190cm mattress and features two padded back panels. The softly coloured upholstery and simple outline give the frame an understated appearance, with the ribbed fabric adding texture across the surrounding panels. The two headboards provide back support for sitting up to read, work or relax, allowing the bed to serve as a comfortable resting area during the day. Integrated side rails run beside the mattress and continue the enclosed appearance of the frame. Plywood slats support the sleeping surface within the upholstered surround. The supporting structure brings the side panels and backrests together in one bed, with the mattress recessed inside the outer frame. Its neutral beige finish is easy to coordinate with different bedding colours and both modern and more traditional bedroom furniture. The double sleeping area provides space for a standard UK double mattress, with additional room around it occupied by the upholstered frame. The corduroy covering provides a softer finish to the back panels when leaning against them. The side rails remain part of the assembled bed rather than separate accessories.
